Mine looks the same.
Polaris had the same issue on the axys chassis. The bold would rip the nubs off on the track while backing up. They sent out a tech tip to flip the bolt around. Probably wouldn't hurt to do
I flipped my bolt and cut off the extra length.
My upper limiter strap bolt is taking a beating. Does this need to be flipped? Looks like when I’m reversing, maybe when I back off the sled deck.

is your sled an 18? There is a dealer update for that. The replacement set up lies almost flush
i see purple so I assume this is an alpha..
I'd be for flipping the bolt just to ease access to the air fitting on the shock. Or better yet unbolt the top of the shock and rotate 180 so it's not on the limiter strap side at all. Let the air out of the shock and cycle the suspension with a jack under the front part of the skid to make sure everything clears.
Limiter straps and hardware seem to be a secondary thought from manufacturers. Even my high dollar Kmod skid didn't specify which way the bolts needed to face or where the limiter straps needed to be located side to side. Completely mangled the hardware and dinged up my nice billet anti-stab wheels.

Problem is on the alphas as well as the 18’s

With the elevate kit for the alpha they say to flip the bolt around. I just finished installing the elevate kit and was looking at this bolt which made me wonder and here I am.
I added this to my to do list. Thank you for sharing!
