Best pipe for 02 800 mountain cat

What's the best pipe for a 2002 800 mountain cat ??? Is the stock pipe as good as an aftermarket single or twins. My motor is ported and has head work done to it so I'm wondering if there is much to be gained with a pipe change. Any advice would be appreciated....

I honestly like the single speedwerx fat daddy pipe it works real well , I have Twin SLP's On my 01 900 and I wish I had my sigle back. Twin pipes make good power at the top, but you lose it at the bottom and they are realy picky with clutching and carburation, they also burn more fuel since you have to run fatter jets
