K kylant Well-known member Lifetime Membership Mar 4, 2011 1,664 393 83 CA Feb 3, 2017 #2 figured it out. took it to the shop. the nut inserts on the back of the gauge were stripped and just spinning within the gauge. new warranty gauge is coming. mechanic was baffled, said it was very strange and has never seen that before
