I have a 2010 Nytro with an MPI 180 turbo both new with about 50 miles. I ride at 6000' to 8000'. From the factory I'm making about 5psi of boost. I'm wondering if I turn the boost up at what point will I also need to adjust the bypass valve and how.

Try calling Chad or Cliff at I80 powersports they were playing with them last yr. 3073246565. They may have a good clutch setup for you when you turn it up too.
