2016 Viper MTX with McXpress 270hp kit.

Im loosing boost pressure, gone from 15psi and down to about 10psi. Checked the clamps ans silicone hoses between the IC and throttle bodies and it looks fine, cant see any signs of leaking from the hose into the IC either.

Changed the silicon hoses to new longer ones, and new and better clamps. Secured the intercooler to the frame with clamps.

Worked well and charged 15psi for about 150km then i started to loose pressure again. Goes down to 10psi again.

Any tips where to look next? Or any other ways to check if the leak is from between IC and throttle bodies?

If you have access to air, get a piece of abs pipe the same diameter as your air intake hose(where air filter is) and a cap. Install air valve in cap(I just heated the air valve and screwed it into the abs) and then clamp to air intake hose. Regulate air pressure to 15 lbs and then charge system. Listen for leaks and spray soapy water on all connections and look for bubbles. Check charge tube, bellows, etc.

check your exhaust header for cracks by the welds and flex joint. throttle bodies to motor could be leaking just inspect to see if they popped off or not. bov valve and wastegate should be checked to
