You doing it yourself? Do yourself a favor and go take a close look at papa bears setup on his 1000. I think that is going to be a route you should go to fix and strengthen you tunnel. A weld job on yours is just going to break it again... IMO
As for me? Should probably put the dang hot dogger on my sled... been talking about it long enough. Full tunnel and running boards, custom hood, headlight delete, and maybe build myself a header.
Or maybe I will just drink beer all summer...

im picking up an 08 m1000 snopro with a pipe and side vents. any one have clutch setup info

I might get real crazy and grease the suspension on the Mighty M6..... Maybe even change the belt....
I'll have to buy a sled...........but here is what I am going to do in the off season, forget about the snow and play with the new addition.

Yep, broke thru the left side rail and the middle started to tear a bit between a couple of snow holes.....plan on going bigger next year, so I have to do something stout....
