Anyone install a tehter on their 09 D8? I just purchased one and it came with no instructions.

Which one did you get, the stock polaris one is plug and play..

its plug and play, i always leave my ignition in and there are two wires coming off the ignition that plug into the tether wires as long as you bought the polaris one

If it's not a polaris one, make sure with the cap on the socket, these is NO continuity between the wires. The two wire plug attached with the key switch plug is where you plug in at. A crimp terminal, male, spade terminal will go into the polaris plug.

It was an aftermarket unit. Cut the connector off crimped on the spade ends. Plugged it into the two wires by the ignition switch. Fired it up, pulled the tether and she shut down. Perfect! Taped it up. Good to go. Thanks Guys.
