I am trying to figure out what the dc in/dc out numbers are for in the boondockers control box are for. Does it have to do with the amount of fuel in and out?

I may be wrong, but i think the dc in is what the stock map is using for fuel and the dc out is what the boondocker+stocker is using. I also believe that 99dc is the max that the injection system can put out.

I think mod03rmk800 is correct. DC should stand for "duty cycle" which is calculated in percentage. If your reading 50% DC the injector is open 50% of the time and closed 50%, if your reading 90% its open 90% and closed 10%. the actual time that percentage calculates into all depends on pulse width. that's just speculation from my somewhat limited knowledge of fuel injection systems.
