Question on used areo

I have an aero 53 that I am going to put on an m7 and would like some info on what to look for that can be wrong with it

The only thing I can see that might not be good on it is on the hot side of it that screw or nut holding the turbin on is kind of wore or it is suposed to be like that

ANY INFO WOULD BE GOOD THANKS

I'm not 100% sure but I think they sometimes grind the nut down a bit to ballance the turbo... I could be out to lunch, I have seen this before aswell and that made sense to me..
