cold start ballast

I'd run down to home depot or lowes and get the 2' strip lights you want. Be sure to tell them (or look for) the lights with the cold start ballast in them. If you have someone at the store help then double check that they do have cold start ballast's in them (those guys are idiots). Hope this helps ya.
