-No snow will build up on top of them. The extrusions round and triangular shaped to prevent snow build up, the snow simply falls through the openings. We have also increased how for open it is by the footwell compared to the previous design.
The triangular shaped extrusion fits nice and flush against the tunnel so that snow can't build up along the tunnel like a tube will. We improved the design so that you can rivet them on from the bottom instead of the backside, which makes installation time much easier and less time.
We also improved the rear of the boards so that the triangular shaped extrusion which is riveted to the tunnel has traction teeth build right into it, and the snow will not build up on it.
The welds are top notch.
-Built in non slip traction teeth incorporated into the extrusions. (no need to screw in the traction screws like the competitions, which can come loose and fall out)
-Strengthens the chassis, less flex. Our new inner extrusion allows for easier installation and extra strength.
-Available in a variety of colors. Black, Lime Green, Green, Orange, and White. Also available natural aluminum.
