ok so I got the sled thawed out. What I also found was when dealer installed can there was gap around part of the exhaust rubber so I think I got that fixed. Wont get to ride again until next Sunday .So will have to wait to see if that fixed problem.

That is just QD belt cooling at its best. ; ) Actually it can be a problem when it freezes solid and you try to ride. I see it in mine all the time but it has yet to cause a problem.

The lip on the outlet of the muffler needs to sit on top of the rubber gasket. I can't tell if it is that way from the photo. I have a Diamond S Titanium Quiet Can and it was installed with the lip under the gasket. Snow was coming in on my first ride so I took the can off and reinstalled it correctly. No more problem.
