check out my build thread in the Rev section titled( 04` rev rebuild w/ Tmotion install) lots of good mods in there the Bunjie mod is a few pages back from the end, I seen a guy do this on an M series cat on BCR but he had to cut slices and bend the tube to make fit in his application , I did it the next day on my sled in about 1/2 hour cheap mod and So Handy!!! I have gotten a lot of compliments for coming up with this one on a Rev, but It won`t work with the headlight you have to delete the headlight for it to fit my sled already had a headlight delete at the time so it was even easier.

Good Luck, Wildcard

5 best mods that you ya pay for...

1. t-motion/XP skid
2. snow eliminators if you can't build or afford tube boards.
3. SlyDog 8in skis
4. Heelclicker clutch kit
5. light weight can

The first thing I would pay for on another REV if I had one would be tube boards or some sorta modded running boards. Second would be a light weight can.

Best free/cheap mods...

1. breaking and cutting the of the track
2. modding the footwells so you can get your feet farther forward
3. oil injection delete
4. Intake pods
5. move switches off the bars
6. cutting of the tunnel
7. shortening and lowering of seat

Some given mods that would be done before riding any sled for more then one ride...

-sway bar removal
-post forward mod
-removal of under hood foam
-removal the plastic part of the belt guard
- duck taping the check mark thingy on the bottom of the side panel
-boogie wheel removal

And many more little things that I can't think of right now.

And of course the best of all the mods ever done was building a completely custom sled with a t-motion and home made flex edge.
