Do the Klim boots fit to the same size or do they run a little small?

They generally run one size smaller than what is marked. So if you have a size 11 foot, then these boots would fit good-

These boots could easily be passed off as new. Even the tread on the bottom isn't marked or chewed up from the running boards.
