What's everyone running for a clutch setup, Ive finally got enough weight to keep my r's down but by adding MTX rivet's to the lightning weight's it doesn't feel like it pulls like it did. I pulled my secondary apart and checked everything because it doesn't feel like the sled shifts, just goes right to full rpm and slowly builds speed.

If I run less than 8lbs it still pulls great but once I get 10+ it feels like it slips, belt isn't hot either! :face-icon-small-con

get rid of the lightening weights and go to some series 10 polaris weights and you will be a lot happier. I run a team pink primary custom ground 10-76 weights that are down to about 74.5grams with heavy tips. team blank orange secondary spring with a 48 straight helix.... i have a team gold primary on the way to try out as well in higher boost settings. i with the current clutching i generally run 12-14lbs of boost

What gears and rpm's are you running? My secondary is set up the same as yours and I have a green/pink primary running 19/42 gear's puts me at 8400 rpm. I have some 10 - 76's I was going to try next time out.

chuck, I think you need to gear it up..not positive but I think the turbo runs a higher gear ratio....
