Can someone help me out with the torque specs on the components of the 09 tra7? Spring cup bolts, Ramp bolts, Arm bolts? Loctite or not? Thanks!

someone on here told me 14 ft lbs on the spring cup bolts w/blue loctite. already sheared my spring cup bolts a couple rides ago, been good ever since. as far as the others i'm loctiting everything just to be safe, i just replaced my ramps and cleaned one of the lwr pins on one arm.
