I know this is a position we all hope we never get put into, but has anyone ever had to use their beacon to search for a avy victim? If you have had to use your beacon in a real life situation how well did your beacon perform? Was it easy to use, hard to use etc. I hope and pray that if you were in a real life situation you were successful. Share your real life experience with us. This thread is to get some real life experience on using the various beacons, how difficult or easy to use are they? I know that not all searches turn out for the good and I am not wanting to know exactly how the search ended, but how the beacons performed is what I am after. When placed in a real life situation things are a Whole lot different than when you are practicing with them.
