Been gone away from the cat forums since I sold my 12 last year. Just picked up another one for dirt cheap, wondering if anyone's made or making motor plates for a 1000 swap yet?

Dean from Mad Motorsports is putting a 1200 big bore and turbo in a proclimb. Im sure he could help you out and fairly local to you by the looks of it!

Get ahold of JustBoostIt on the forums (gene@wkms.ca). Seems to me they built a carbon chassis for a fellow with a 1000 Cat motor a year or so ago. The shop is in Lloydminister, AB, so it's local to you, too.

I seen a post on here somewhere when I was doing my research for this swap, he's still waiting on motor mounts it seems lol. I'd be pissed. I have a tcl now for a 1000 swap on the way ... Sh1t just got real lol.

My plan is to cut an bend a stock pipe for tbe time being, once it's done and j have no issues I might bring it to Neil and NPP and get a custom pipe built. He does absolutely amazing work. I've seen people say the d&d pipe works pretty well, fitment wise, I'm assuming for a 800 on the proclimb platform.
do the the stock plastics fit?

Yeah, the plastics on the 800 pipe touches as it is, well mine did. Started to melt the foam.

This is my setup. Well, my mounts, mocking it up in a different chassis for now in order to put the finishing touches on the tcl and fab a motor plate.
Doing any mods to that 1000 motor to bump up the power?

Have also been looking on putting a 1000 engine in the proclimb chassi. how mutch work was it? where did you get that tcl bracket?

Still working on getting it fitted, and bottom motor plate made. Will update this week.
