I you was told that you should suspend the back end of the sled so your track is not touching, then tighten so that your outside drivers on the track(rubber knobs) hang so the top of the rubbers are level with the bottom of your sliders.
 
My prefrence is running it loose (free HP) i dont know what anti ratchet drivers are compared to extroverts but as long is isnt ratcheting under WFO operation ur good, on my nytro mine sags 1.5-2" when on a stand.
