1200 for an extra 9.5 horse. You should look into a big bore I think you would be a lot happier. Granted it is a grand more but you get 25 hp more.
I've ridden with different sleds with various slp goods on them and absolutely no comparison.

SLP stage 3
I have a SLP stage 3 kit on my 16 T3 174 and I love it it works great a stage 2 work well too but It is definitely work the upgrade to the milled head a great change in throttle response

Seen way to many slp pipes crack, myself I won't run one. I'd call brent at arctic edge in Alberta or mad Motorsport both do awesome work. Both build wicked stuff an can work in your budget. My bb from brent flat out rips.
Could also just get Brent's porting. I'd imagine it would be a bit cheaper and I think it's good for 10 ish horsepower.

SLP Stage 3 kit
Had the SLP Stage 3 kit on my 15 T3, lost a piston ring pin on a cylinder at 1000 miles and blew the motor. Lucky for me my shop got the motor covered under warranty somehow, Stage 3 kit should have voided the warranty Went back to stock. Got about 150 miles on the new crate motor and I cant tell the difference between the crate motor and the SLP Stage 3 kit. I have ridden the Trygstad 872 BB and you can really tell the difference. For the money go BB. Just my 2 cents.
