An article in todays edition of the Lincoln Journal Star states:

Cheyenne, Wyo. - Wyoming officials hope to study tolls as a means of improving and maintaining Interstate 80. ...........

This is going to be for only Out of Staters. If going Snowmobiling I heard it was double for everyone traveling in to Wyoming.

So, would they lose their federal funding for upkeep on I-80 then?

I read this in the Tribune the other day! The State is also be looking at I-90 along with I-25 Colorado to Cheyenne and US 287 Colorado to Laramie. I wouldn't be surprised with all the technology that Colorado plates get charged triple.
