How to delete the old ones

when I went to my edit/delete option under my post and picked on it, it sent me to another page which I could see how to edit, but found no way to delete it all together from the main snow-bike page it was on, and on my behalf I went to the tutorials on how the forums which brought up, you tube videos, which have expired. Don't like leaving old posts on there when I've found out the info. I had been posting about. Hope to here back soon, don't like leaving old trash, for you on your site.:juggle:

How do I delete messages? I can select them, but no delete button. And I'm also having trouble changing my profile pic.
Deleting POSTS/THREADS has always been limited to a very short period of time after you first create them. Once other people have begun interacting with your content, that content gets locked down for the duration and is no longer easily removed as it can often destroy the thread.

I’m talking about private messages. I have a bunch of them from the admins.
