I had the same problem as the previous posters, the Chat box just appeared on its own and won't let you turn it off. You cannot get to the far right of the page after you click on Forum options, the screen scrolls on its own back to the left when you try to go right. I beat the system by changing my screen view to 75% so I could see the far right side of the Forum Options page. After turning the chat box off, the Forum Options page was back to normal.

Yeah, I know... But the page must be 25" wide and when I try to scroll the screen over to get to the box to turn it off, or see any of text really, it just automatically bounces right back to the left. Opened it up in Chrome and was able to get to it and shut it off.
