I noiced the same thing on my new '14 155. It is much more difficult to slide the sled around than it was with my Summit. Then again I could run that track really loose. The RMK track is much tighter...

You have to run these tracks at spec for them to work properly.

The track on my '14 155" was also tight from the dealer. After every ride I loosen it off a little. Why do they set them so tight?

Start it and squeeze the flipper. It turns really easy that way. Sorry couldn't resist.
The spec is tight by design and the new track is stiff...ride it a bit and it will be fine.

They are designed to stretch under load, and roll easier when your applying full power.

In addition to the track, the primary drive belt and the secondary drive belt are all fairly tight when new as well. The track turns pretty well without the primary belt on. I bet its even better without the QD belt.
