My 14 pro rmk 163, track set to manual, spec. and is so hard to move by hand. When I pull on ski, track just skids on the ground won't turn. Lift it up and I can barley more it is this normal?

That's the way it is. Between the track and the sharp/pointy carbides, they are a pita to move around the shop without dollies. Track with get a little easier to turn with some miles....not much.

Set yours tracks to spec,
They are designed to stretch under load, and roll easier when your applying full power.
people in other threads here have proven looser than spec well take away your max RPM
tight is where its at

In addition to the track, the primary drive belt and the secondary drive belt are all fairly tight when new as well. The track turns pretty well without the primary belt on. I bet its even better without the QD belt.
