i am planning a tunnel swap on a 97 formula z, anything i should be aware of, im swapping to another OEM tunnel and new foot stirrups, but does anyone have any insight on getting new rivets, i have a new snap on air riveter so getting them in should be no prob but im concerned about losing strength in that area. any help appreciated

there shouldnt be any problems as long as your not drilling too many new holes for it, I've never done this before, just puttin in my 2cents!

Just rivet away, the more the merrier. I use Plated steel or preferably Stainless rivets in structural areas.
