So will anyone be dynoing the new 850 before deliveries in the Fall or will Polaris not allow this in case they change mapping before then?

See 840 engine thread. Lots of discussion and a dyno run for an 800 based 840 with same bore and stroke. I think that engine came out at around 174 horsepower. It may have had more than just the bored and stroked engine such as a pipe, etc. Still, it provides a reference point to consider.

I'm sure DTR will be putting an 850 on the dyno this fall.
