Can someone tell me about this...?

I'm in need of a fan tower for my 503 Rotax DCDI,...And I don't know where to find the year stamp on the engine and I also don't know if the Rotax motors get used in any of the other sleds other than Ski-Doo...??

I'm thinking that some of you Ski-Doo affectionados,will easily be able to set me straight.
