So Boosted 1, You win so far(08 1km) and with a stock pipe, have you had the sled above 9000' and if so does it hold Rs. Can not tell where anyone lives/rides w/out profile location. Thats strong weight and if it works with alty I can justify
spending the $10,400 now plus only what? $500 or less for enhanced tune!
p.s. How much do you weigh?
Keep us posted, and THANKS!
RBM

I holds RPM's at 7000ft quite well with 84.6g (sorry the 85g was slightly off), ride in BC, Canada
Sled has SLP powder Pros, Boss seat and a 3" Powermadd bar riser
I am 190lbs btw, very happy with the sled.

3500-7000
Supertorquer Heelclicker two speed weights,
0 grams heel, 5 grams middle, 4 grams toe
Supertorquer Black 170-360 primary spring
Dalton 44-34 Full Progressive helix
Stock orange Secondary spring

Best Setup so far, around 50 mph climbing track speed, climbing rpm's 7340, would pull proper rpm's on lake 7450 and slowly climb over. Tried RKT Torsional Kit, Like Stock Compression setup better so far, way more consistant.

General thoughts about the performance
rode this weekend a small amount, was having problems with egt's. I lit it up a couple of times and lets just say I thought I bent the steering post! clutching was good it didnt get hot. I used RKTech's boondocker settings, was a little lean for my liking but it ran great. Never got a chance to try the nos out will work on that when Im satisfied with all the other stuff. Clutching seemed a little soft coming out of the hole then it would hook up real strong Ill look into this a little more once I get through everything.

secondary is dalton helix 44/34 with stock spring

elevation is 3-7k
rider weight is 280+/-

sled runs great but reving a bit high by what everyone else is saying...i'm seeing 7600 at times. not often but i've seen it. backshift is all but unnoticable.

one question i have is is there anyone else running same set up with bd box? i can't get the bottom end to clean up. tends to load up if left idling for very long. right now i'm running -1 across the 3k settings. afraid to go leaner as i have not heard of anyone dropping farther than that. i do not have egt set up yet.

pure logic add 1 light midrange, 3 on top, perfect temps and piston wash
Note, ran boondocker, box bad cost two pistons, one barrel, second bad box, pure logic works every time. This setup works well, pulls very hard, mid to high runs 7600 pretty solid. Ran against a friend with a SLP set-up, close but this is a little better

What weights are you guys running on the primary on an 08. I was over reving yesterday. Hitting almost 8000 then settling at 7700! On a stock pipe with a Y-pipe, box, and can.

This (booger) green machine runs great! 7600-7700 rpm I ride with yamaha's with boost, and I am still happy with green! In a not so long ago life, I was a Skidoo guy.

Rider weight: 235 lbs with gear on
Clutch (primary) Arctic Cat 4 weight clutch
SLP 120 / 230 Drive Spring
MTX 68 gram weights with 4 grams additional weight per arm
Belt side clearance .020"
Clutch (secondary) ACT driven roller
RKT Torsional conversion with 36 degree helix
Cat Green Spring set @ 15 lbs opening pressure
Rock Rollers
With this set up at 6-9000' - the sled pulls 7600 to 7700 RPM all day long in most any snow condition. Very happy with both upshift and backshift. I may add additional weight to lower the operating RPM to 7400 - 7500 RPM, or use a lighter spring in the primary. My sled is a lighter then stock - have lost 58 lbs from stock - now weighs 509 lbs ready to ride, including a 3.5 gal gas can on it.
