I have an 07 RMK 155" that I would like to put a 163" track on, who has done this before and where did you buy the extensions?

Looks like SLP has the rail extensions, do you have to do a tunnel extension too?

I don't think you do. If you decide to I have a new Vanamberg I'll sell ya. I put the 163 out of my 08 D8 in my 07 D7 when I put an M-10 in the 8. My son rode it most of the season and had zero issues without an extension. Take a look:

It looks like Ericw put a timbersled rear suspension that came with 163 rails? I am also putting on the new camoplast challenger extreme 163 x 2.5 with 2.68 pitch and have ordered the SLP extensions. They are back ordered....

The 163 came out of the 08 D8. Added a Timbersled kit, and put it in the 07 D7 155. Put an M-10 into the 08 D8. Still have the original 155 from the 7 on the floor. EW
I've got 1 pc rails for you. Set to run 8 or 9 inch rear wheels using your stock axle. check out the pic below. The bottom 2 rails are our 155 rails but the 163 rails are similar just a bit longer

IceAge rails are the way to go IMO...
YOu can sell your current rails and not be out of pocket much...probably less than the cost of the extensions.
