Head light bulb removal / replacement

Anyone kow a way to get to/ or remove the head lamps?
I am putting a brighter bulb in there but just cannot find a way to go about it- I have the hood off and removed as much as I dare- cause it's not getting me any closer.
I can get the rubber protector off but removing from not taking more things off assembly is going to be a bugger compressing the ring to hold the bulb.

I ended up making a tool out of a paint roller, a plastic one. Cut for the notches, dont know if there is a special tool, but there is now. GOOD LUCK. Getting them out is easy, WAIT TILL YOU TRY PUTTING THEM BACK IN.

Not to hijack, but how do you adjust the lights? Mine are aimed so high, high beam is almost useless...

There is a adjustment rod in there ya just have to look for it-

Any help on pulling the bulbs out?
