swappn act shocks for m8 shocks

I have a 99 powder special with thundercat motor in it all lite weighted out just trying to upgrade front shocks right now i have the old act shocks on it that I built 2in brackets for and raised it for more clearance right now I have 16 3/4 " eye 2 eye new shocks meas. 17.5" WHAT PROBLEM IF ANY WILL I HAVE:beer;:beer;:beer;
