Has anyone installed one? What is needed to be done to make it fit.

Talk to triple black on here...he did it with out a drop and roll but moved the front cooler....alot of work but it fits.
Yes, without removing the cooler you will need a drop and roll. Really tight fit.
From what I've read and seen on here 2.5 will fit, but you have VERY little clearance on the front cooler, 3" you have to re-locate the cooler.
Even if you go with the 2.5, I would still be concerned about something puncturing the cooler since there is so little room between the lugs and the track.

i know robbie from avid products was working on putting a d/r kit together but not sure what ever came of it as it was alot of material expense and time invoved. sounds like moving the cooler would be the best option as of now.

Paul at Impulse turbo has a 3" but he may have done some mods to make it work.
