I ran sinisters last year with no problems, and got the aviator's recently, and there terrible. They fog up the moment you stop or breath into them just a little bit. The visibilty is awsome, but the fog issue is pissing me off.

Just rode with 2 guys that went from sinisters to aviators and they both said the aviators were the best goggles they've had. They said they have not had them fog up.

i noticed the aviators have no frame around the lens.. will this be flimsy and end up breaking?

They aren't flimsy at all. I have both, 2 pairs of sinisters w/ polarized lenses and a pair of the aviators. I prefer the sinisters but only because of the polarized lens. Once they come out with a polarized lens for the aviatiors they'll be #1 in book.
