I have a 2017 m8 snopro never ridden. I have a
1995 powder special belt never used, and it is
the same length as the snopro but 1/8th in narrower. What would it react like if used as a
spare?
thanx

Being that much narrower, I don't know if you could get the secondary to close up enough to get the deflection right and you'll be taking off in too high of a gear. Then with the gap to the primary sheaves it's going to slam into the belt on engagement. Rough, boggy takeoff would be my guess with the aroma of burnt rubber. With the extra power the newer sled produces I don't know how far it would run before it let go too. I'd throw it on for a test before committing it for a spare.
