good unit if you ride with some one that has one also, look on e-bay or craigs list don't pay retail.

I have one and really like it, before I got it I had a magellan and then I would have to carry a two way as well. The Garmins battery last forever too, I can ride 3 full days without charging it. Lots of cool features that you probably won't every use but they are a nice unit, the best that I have used.

All my riding and hunting buds use them. We love'em, wouldn't use anything else.
They work geat, well worth the money. They are great for locating your buddies if they have one also.

be careful buying used. My buddy bought one used and it was a dud. I could not talk to him over 100 yds away. the gps worked, but the radio and gps transmitter was hanked.
