The pipe mod.

Make sure you carefully plan your spring tab mounts very careful, especially at the header pipe!!!

After the welds are tacked, it's time to seal it up.

aww Scott you should have done the 962 it flat rips , If you would have made the Tog ride you could have .....

Hey wouldn't have got much of a ride after you broke my sled Slash!!! Lol

I did finally figure out my problem. The purple wire on the capacitor rubbed through and grounded out on the voltage regulator mount stud. Somebody at Polaris should be kicked in the sack for that mess. Only had 250ish miles on it.

I don't know if any are in Alaska.
They are a limited production, basically upon request, built to your elevation and fuel/compression reqeust.

I'm sure they are was hoping turbotater would chime in, and is this the same 910 kit Ftx motor sports was using?

Sorry for the kinda off subject question. Did turbotater show up to the forum ride for about half a day? If so, I think he parked next to me. I helped him unload his sled. A carbide was hanging up on his ramp backing off the flatbed :face-icon-small-hap

Looks like there's was a 900 billet my mistake. Still would like to know if one of these motors has made it to Alaska if turbotater chimes back in.

Looks like the ultimate sleeper motor looks pretty much stock.

No motors in Alaska to my knowledge! Kyle Schultz and a few others have inquired about them but never pulled the trigger. Been a few in Canada talking of it too. Just man up and be the trend starter in AK lol

Yes, that was me and thanks for the helping hand.
I thought my fuel controller went bad but I was actually plagued by the good old capacitor wire grounded out on the regulator stud so my day was cut short.

What really amazes me is that I put this together just by talking to you for a few minuets. No problem on the helping hand :face-icon-small-hap Hopefully I get to see one of your motors run one of these days
