Can anyone tell me if there is a way to bypass this? Is there two switches, one on the handle bars and one right on the carb rail? Can they both be bypassed? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

only one switch...to bypass, simply unhook two wires that run to the carbs (at the carb rack), and plug the harness side back into itself.
