I have a 2017 153" High Country with 2.25" track and ride sea level to 2500'. Only used sled last year, seems geared kind of low. I was thinking of gearing up to 20/49 or 21/49. I want to use the stock 90 pitch chain, sled only has 300 miles on it.
Also looking for opinions on a clutch kit.

I have read that you can fit 20/50 after chain has stretched. Maybe 500 miles.
Cannot confirm this.

Haven’t. But chain won’t fit. Better off trying a 19/48

I ran 20-50 in my 13 m8 if the chain has a few hundred miles on it it will fit its tight but it will fit.

Maybe it wont fit in the newer ms with the better chains and gears I went to a belt drive and am running the 2.52 ratio like the 20 50 would be and really like it

It will fit with the newer chain but you do have to have three to five hundred miles on it. But you do have to adjust the chain tensioner with the grinder a bit
