noisy secondary fix

It isn't the adjuster bold that makes the noise. The noise is the secondary getting rattled/vibrated by the primary shaking the belt. Sounds like a dildo in a tin cup! Arctic Cat calls it normal operating clutch sound.

It also shakes the outside sheave and wears the aluminum splines to dust. So plan on buying a new secondary about every 1000-1500 miles or so.

No! There's no fix for it.

Lol.. that's a pretty good way to describe that noise haha. but there is also another noise on some that is most certainly the deflection adjuster bolt. They are much different sounds. The adjuster bolt can only be heard on a slow take off when the secondary is just engaged but hasn't opened yet. There is no noise when the sled is stopped or once the sheaves open up a c*** hair.

Well, since cat says this normal, I look forward to them buying me a new one, 4 year warranty is going to pay off!
