The last sled I owned was a 2003 Yamaha Mtn Viper. I picked a great time to come back and I'm very happy with my 2018 Summit, 165x3. Put some miles on her today for the first time. I can't wait to shake off the cobwebs and really learn how to ride it.

The deepest I found was around 3-4'. Overnight Mt Bachelor got around 12". I was surprised how deep it was since we saw 70 degrees this last week.

Ha Ha Yeah I remember went I moved back North in 2006 after living in FL for almost 20 years. The best I could afford that winter was a 98 mountain Phazer, the next year I got my 1st Doo, an 06 Rev... that was a life changing experience for me... been chasing snow and debt ever since :face-icon-small-win

Glad your lovin the new sled speaking from experience carful duckin skis around moon this early. Run er hard up the hills and come down slow! Sidelined till January is no fun. Snows here to stay in old Bend OR.

Traded in all my Yamaha's for 3 850's last season.

Another warm week coming up but not nearly as warm as last week. I've heard we could see another winter like last year. . that would be amazing!!

I was with a guy who is super familiar with the area and was trying to be so careful but you know how that goes!!

Good snow

That isn't bad this early gets a nice base going. Warm day freezing at night. I'm still holding off on picking up my 18 it's hard but it saves me a lot in repair cost.
