What is drop and roll?

Drop the secondary clutch/jack shaft asembley which in turn drops the chaincase and you roll the bottom of the chaincase back and down---gives you more clearence in the tunnel for a bigger track and more evacuation. It is only used on older sleds--most of the new sleds allow for all the track you want.

Some guys I know dropped and rolled their '09 Dragon 800s in order to install 2.5" challenger extreme tracks. Yeah, it's mostly about getting clearance for taller track lugs but some people think the shallow approach angle you get with a lower driveshaft helps the sled float better too.

Stop, drop and roll? Dont waste your time its a big pain in the but and not worth it.
