I am going from a 136 to a 151 does anyone have any extensions?

I do believe that a 121 - 136 rail extension will do the trick and they are readily available. Do not forget to lengthen the tunnel, and maybe "tip" the back of the tunnel up to allow the track to cycle through its travel. Yes sir.

Wow just like a day ago your post was on page 1, now page 3. Anyway get the extensions for a Polaro. I had to take a grinding bit to a pair once to get proper fitment, and others just have bolted up. You will have to grind off the stock track tensioner mounting rivets and drill holes, so it takes a bit of work. Some would say that this size of extension increase is too much for the system (too much cantilevered load on the splice) and some would add additional cross shafts to keep the rails parallel but with good forethought you can get what you need. Once you get the extension in hand all the above will become apparant. Cheers.

I have the tracks USA rail extensions and I had to file/grind some to get them to fit. not hard just time consuming with plain old hand tools.
