2.8” will give the AXYS much needed track/tunnel room.
Looks a lot like the late ‘90s Doo 136 track. We had to cut lugs off to get it to clean out. Hope they didn’t replicate that.

I bet it throws snow chunks the size of buick's out the back of the sled. Interesting design I would like to try one.

Anyone know why they don't make a 2.86 version on any of these 2.8 tracks? I hate to buy an expensive track and drivers and anti stab!!

Because the track lug vs pitch is critical. Small pitch with big lugs makes for a poor performing track.

Exactly why Cat and Doo have gone to a 3.5 pitch on their 3 inchers. Both of those work really well.

Haha this sounds so much like that the last 280 track!!! And that was the biggest pile of garbage I have ever tried to run.

Same guy bragging it up!! Just missing a review from burandt talking about how great it is and then pulling it off as soon as he tries to actually use it!

I couldn't agree more! I'm still waiting for an apology from Burandt over the conquer 280.

Composit track

I’m curious how the composit m67-3r will compare to this track it’s a 2.62 track with a 3” pitch. I’m only considering 3” pitch because I don’t want to switch drivers and it’s replacing a Polaris series 7 3”. Any opinions on which track might be better?

I don't see any weight numbers.

I weighed the 162 2.8 Epic at 44.5 lbs. For Comparison my 162 X3 weighed in at 59 lbs. X3 is fully clipped and the lugs are thicker, especially at the bottom of the lug.

I've only ridden the Epic in wet, heavy Spring snow. Side-by-side with a 163 2.6 track, I couldn't tell any difference between the two. I'd really like to ride the Epic in some soft dry powder to really give it a test.
