The 3D one isn't a camera. It's a system to link two gopro cameras together to record in 3D. If I were buying a camera on that budget I think I'd look at a used hero 2, both of the other cameras you have listed have 5 MP sensors compared to the hero 2's 11 MP. The market is flooded with them now that everyone wants a hero 3.

There are three different hero 3 cameras. Here's a link to compare the three different cameras. http://gopro.com/hd-hero3-cameras . Basically the one you linked the white edition is an original HD hero in a new body 5 MP sensor with wifi built in. The silver edition is basically a hero 2 in a new smaller body with a better lens and wifi built in. The black is the top of the line with all of the new bells and whistles and includes an $80 remote.
