Not sure if the stock length sliderails are long enough or not however, your stock drivers are 3" pitch and that 144 is most certainly 2.52" sooo drivers would need to be changed.
He is correct on the driver pitch. You would have to change drivers and that just wouldn't make sense to put 2.52 drivers on an M. don't even know if they make 2.52 drivers for the DD shaft.
