14 XM High Beam Lights Not Working

I've got a 2014 XM and when I click the high beam switch the headlight turns completely off. Click the switch and the regular headlight turns back on. I tried to summerize it which involves clicking the high beam switch multiple times and it would not summerize. I did replace the handlebars with stock ones. I didn't notice anything at the time that "went wrong" or a wires coming out, etc.

Anyone have ideas?

Not sure if sled lights work like some cars and trucks but if it has one bulb for both high beam and low then the bulb might be bad. If not the bulb it has to be the switch. I would lean towards the switch because if it won't summarize then the computer is not seeing the signal from the switch. IMO
