Part Number help

I was just wondering if anyone could help me figure out what parts I have on the sled. When I bought the RT Big West Power Sports had already done some clutch work on it when they put the RKTech heads in. I have the part numbers, just dont know exactly what they are so here it goes:

Part # 417126830 cam-assembly (assume it's a helix but dont know the angle)

Part #417222595 pin- (again assume it is weights but dont know how much)

Part #414991400 spring-tra (dont know the rate on it)
