Installing Reverse on 2000 Powder Special 600 EFI LE

I have a 2000 Powder special 600 EFI LE that I'm installing reverse on. The problem I found is there is supposed to be a hole for the shifter handle already drilled in the bulk head and mine does not have it. Does anyone have one that could make a template for me. I can't find one in my area to look at.

No reverse setup I know of needs any holes in the bulkhead for the shifter. The ones I am familiar with have the shift rod come through a hole in the plastic recoil shroud or guide beside the fuel tank. If you take it off there is a spot on the backside to show where the hole needs to be. Hope this helps.

Reverse on 2000

Yep that's my problem, I don't have the plastic recoil piece that has a hole in it to use as a guide.

I have one from a Pantera, ( kind of a bluish color ) that will fit, with the hole already in it would sell you for $15 shipped. I bet it could be painted black.
