I have a '12 Proclimb 800 and I slightly bent the skid where the outside idler wheel bolts on. When I discovered it, the idler was sticking up about a 1/4 of an inch above the track. My question is, can I just bend it back into place? Will it require a little heat?

Leave the wheels off, get a BDX antistab kit, and I don't know about those rails...looks like it tweaked not sides pretty good. There have been multiple skids out of the proclimb that are having the exact problem you have.

I would get some 1/4" aluminum and make plates to fit over it and drill a hole behind that one, then drill through the plate to bolt into three holes and clamp the rail. getting a bolt in the holes will lesson the chance of more bending and the plate will add strength. Then I would just run it.
