Does anyone know if a 2013 sled coming out of Colorado would titled?

No, I do not think they started titles for sleds until 2016. My 13 didn't have a title when I bought it from a private party, who bought it from a local dealer. No title for my 14 either, bought new. My 16 and 17 sleds have them though.
If it originally was financed then it would have a title. Cash no title.
You might have an MSO but Colorado did not issue titles for any sled under any circumstances until 2016.
Even in 2016 there wasn't a title unless the dealer sold the sled used. It was strange. But I had sled that were paid in cash and financed and that had no bearing on a title. My 2016 Axys had no title.
My understanding is that all transfers thru dealer generate a title but non dealer transactions can still get registration on bill of sale.
Yeah, it's weird. It seemed to be optional as a consumer but if a used sled was bought that year the dealer had to tittle it. That's what the Clerk and Recorders office told me. Not sure why they didn't do mine.
